Re: Indigo for Cinema 4D 4.0.43.2

Hi Fused,
thanks for the great work! Doing fine with the mac pro / dual amd stuff.
Will there be any development with the realtime preview? Like moving lights or material changes without resending?

Re: Indigo last survivor in the race for OpenCL renderer

as to my knowledge Otoy is trying to port cuda to all different platforms. with main concerns to run games with his upcoming game-engine brigade on all platforms. here is the article about it: http://venturebeat.com/2016/03/09/otoy-breakthrough-lets-game-developers-run-the-best-graphics-software-acr...

Shure, it only geht's hairy if you warnt to send it to ranchcomputing - only renderfarm supporting indigo. And they dont support cindigo, Same at rebusfarm.

new indigo GPU Version also on mac?

I just trowing this into discussion since a lo t of developer are giving up on developing OpenCL renderer on OS X because of the bad implementation. (LuxRender community) I bought a MacPro a year ago and could barely use my GPU´s - if this is not working soon the cards are too old to use anyway... o...

Re: mostlikely animation - "Drift Following The Seam"

right now I am having problems with renderfarm rendering. ranch computing are doing their best but if cindigo is exporting textures for each frame again the file size is getting too big they will try to render it anyway - I will keep you updated exporting textures for each frame would only make sens...

Re: mostlikely animation - "Drift Following The Seam"

@lycium - thanks a lot! @davide: it depends what you want to achieve, for me this time unbiased was the way to go, to simulate effects and not faking them was important. realistic light propagation in a surrealistic setup is nice. so this is more like: throw something in and lets see whats coming ou...

mostlikely animation - "Drift Following The Seam"

hi there, since I am working on this animation project for quite some time I will share it here for you. It began with a music piece by Robert Schwarz, an austrian sound artist and we wanted to create a visual counterpiece for it. After I saw the beauty of the MLT BiDi renderer (thanks kklors!) I ga...
