I pretty much agree with zsouthboy and Borgleader. There's always these rare cases of people who can't distinguish games, movies ect. from real life, but that doesn't mean that an otherwise great game, enjoyed by millions of people worldwide, should be banned. I've been a pacifist for almost all of ...

With the AlphaMask-function and some clever photoshopping, it is already possible.

Looks really good. But using a grayscale normalmap as a displace/bump map isn't a good idea, since it works in different ways. Also the black stuff on the wings looks a bit odd. I'd reconsider that. About the SSS leaf, I think the Docteur made some sweet tests on that. Try to search around the forum...

Looks good.
You should probably add more vertices to the pickguard.
Oh, and as already mentioned: Check your string-count. ^^

Amazing.
The shader language seems a bit complicated at first glance, but I'm really looking forward to taking a shot at it.

And the updated manual is badass. :D

Thanks a bunch, Ono.

The password could just be sent in private messages. And only to members who has been here for a while.
Should solve that problem. ^^

If it has to be glowing, I think the best thing to do is, to do it in postpro.
You could do a render with a textured emitter, and one without. And blend them.

Or just do a render without the hologram, and photoshop it in afterwards.

Strange. Updating to 8.04 pretty much fixed all my hardware problems.
Though, there a lot af bugs in 8.04.
Sometimes, the process evolution-dataserver-something takes up 100% cpu on one core, even though Evolution isn't in use. This seems to be a common problem.
