Re: Problem with distorted texture and bevelled edges
Hello Alejandro_66, does the cut surface have a bumpmap or something similar? Try to group the surface separately and ungroup it. Mark only the surface and only then use the bevel tool.Try it without bumpmap.

Thanks CTZn,
I want to try it. Which is more important exponent map for furniture or for the walls? Or both?
You can see the that the room has no ceiling and the scene was illuminated with white background?

Hallo Rollo,
Als RT Nutzer darfst du die Lichter nicht auf verschiedenen Layern rendern. Alle Emiter müssen auf einem oder dem Layer Null sein.

Re: frosted/milk glass tip please
Try it this way. Behind the glass plate at a distance of 0.1 mm a surface texture with a transparent PNG. Texture size 0.1 mm so that the pattern is not visible. Cheap frosted glass panels are manufactured so similar.

Re: [req] Calibrating the scene
I look at the histogram. In the first case, the right wall in the visible region (220-245 RGB). By the second case, the wall is overexposed. That depends on what you want to show. The lights or the shadows.

And check what color the faces are pointing outwards. Gray-blue is the rear, the front side is white. If both surfaces h...
