Hi. DIFFUSE is the COLOR for indigo material. Put the bump obviously in the bump map of indigo material, and set the intensity according to the texture size. I think the problem is related to the triangulation of the face with the hole in the middle.
Try to subdivide the face in sketchup in quad with the same dimension.

The "roughness" of a reflective Phong material (and also Glossy Transparent!) IS possible my using a texture.
