Re: building

Hi !

The modelling is very good. I would suggest to use textures and bump maps to prevent the walls from looking so smooth. Find a good concrete or whatever material you prefer for the walls and make a blended material using it as a bump map...

Great 1st project anyway!

Re: Small performance problems

Hey Augusto, I just made a screen shot for your IP issue: mac_ip.jpg The Screen you posted about your license: You have a Indigo 2.x license NOT a lifetime license! Also this Computer is licensed as a Node ( that means slave node), so images you start to render here get a watermark! Hola, como veo ...

Re: 1rst render: Problem with lighting

Oh this is bad!... CPUID tells my my processor's temperature is 125° F!... and it seems the highest should be 95° F!

It seems the ventilation isn't the best... yet i can hear the fan and it's not working at its fullest! :S cause when i play games it's very much louder...

Re: 1rst render: Problem with lighting

HWMonitor ftw :D No installation needed and you have a quick overview over all Temp sensors in your PC! Thanks... i don't think my manufacturer sent a software with the pc... (it's a Dell..) so... I'll give hwmonitor a try... also... what's a normal temperature?.. or does that depend on the model o...

Re: 1rst render: Problem with lighting

JotaSolano, perhaps deactivate bidirectional path tracing but above all activate Metropolis (MLT) if it's not. You are using real glass, almost the whole scene is lit by caustics hence the slowlyness. MLT will perform better here ! Not all computers have a proper cooling system to constantly run at...
