A few suggestions

Hello everyone, hello Glare team. A few suggestions, maybe they have been implemented somewhere but I couldn't find it: 1. Have a "retrieve all" button on the master client when doing network renderings. This would be especially useful if you want to/have to wrap up a rendering. Better than waiting ...

Re: Cindigo 2.4.4 Beta: still a few bugs...

Ok :) It also happens in an empty scene with just one Indigo material. If it doesn't use NK the preview renders just fine IIRC, if it does it crashes.

Re: Cindigo 2.4.4 Beta: still a few bugs...

Is it possible that nk still doesn't work? I have installed Cindigo 2.4.13 on C4D R10, and whenever I have a material that uses a nk file it crashes. Have tried it with and without nkdata/, 32 and 64 bit, as regular user and as admin. It always crashes, and it doesn't seem to make a difference when ...

Heh, just saw this rendering on Tekzilla (latest episode 29), as a sample image of Blender.

Waaaay to unrealistic for me. Shouldn't it fall to the side? :D Just kidding, I think it looks good :) You could make the floor like this: ______/ <-- 45° And make the transition soft, so you don't see the step. Other than that, maybe look at some professional car photos, or at http://www.cg-cars.co...

wow.

Guess I wouldn't call myself a perfectionist, but I still take months to do my projects. I'm doing something wrong, huh? :D I don't use any reference pictures though, and I model the whole room.

About 1600 samples. I think it's slowly coming to an end. I've used some Schott glas materials... interesting noise they create (and what is that green thing above the dining room table?). I've also removed the old downloaded sofa and replaced with something I created, looks a bit strange due to the...

For the fireflies you might try the scratch and dust removal filter in Photoshop. I think it works amazing, and if you duplicate they image layer and work on that you can erase parts where the filter did too much. The thing looks cool, though somehow it doesn't appear sharp. You may also try working...

The book is amazing, everything else so far too :) You have a somewhat different way of framing up a scene from most others I think, looks great. I think BbB takes much more drastic angles, but both works fine :) I like your use of the medium format image size. Should give it a try too, though I'm a...

Hm, store for the models or store for the actual objects? I'm afraid Indigo can't produce real objects, though it looks like that.
