unrar Indigo to "C:\Indigo"

Max Exporter:
http://irrdev.com/ktuser/u3dreal/Export ... I0.612.rar
----------

copy files from "Exporter\scripts" folder to Maxroot\scripts\
copy files from "Exporter\UI" folder to Maxroot\UI\MacroScripts\
copy files from "master" folder to "indigofolder" on YOUR MACHINE -- must be done to run Indigo locally
edit m2i.ini to set your indigodir (??-the default point to "C:\Indigo"-why changing this?)

Start Max
- Go to "Customize" -- "Customize User Interface"

- now select the toolbars tab.

-select "U3D Tools" from Category

-now you can drag and drop the Max2Indigo to the top toolbar or anywhere you want

3d Scene:
-apply Indigo materials to objects.

-set camera / lights

-Press "Max2Indigo" button

then you have an error...
what s wrong up there??
Im using max9

Heya loran!

You have to use the NEW exporter to work with max9, ... dunno
what changed, but till v0.6.14 it was not working with max9. Last
time I tried max9 with the exporter I had v0.6.14 installed ... *LOL*
I I was getting an error. So, I hope this will help you a bit to start
and btw. use a target cam and NOT a free one or you'll get another
error. Erm, ... one more ... the last exporter beta2 is a bit broken,
so let the exporter use the default.xml. ;o)

edit: Uhm, ... forget to add, you have to use the NEW Indigo beta
also, ... because of the new exporter! :P :D

Well, ... just one more time ...................... NEW! *SCNR*

*muuuhaahahahahahah*

take care
