When trying to apply 2 (external) materials to a single mesh, I am systematically running into the following error message:

A problem occurred with the scene:

OR I get a result where only one of the external material is actually rendered on the mesh.

Tried different things to actually remove first "Blender" MAT, creating a second one and assigning the new MAT to faces. Nothing seems to work.

P.S. I've noticed that assigning 2 MAT with local specifications (Not external) does not seem to create the problem. The problem starts after creating both materials..
