hey,

i want to share 2 renders i made to help a friend for a competion to design a special flat. So i got a ground plan and a bunch of photos of the furnitures she wants to have in these rooms. In conclusion, nearly everything has to be modeled individualy, except of some small stuff, like the laptop, Ipad and plants. i had 2 days to the deadline.

Was good to see, what could be done in a couple of hours, which problems i have to face and what can be faked in photoshop :) I would like to get more time, but thats the way it is and i am not really unhappy with the result. What do you think, critics are warmly welcome!

Cheers, Carsten!

Nice renders!
Man that coffee table is lower to the ground than a miniature dachshund (Dackel).

The first image has an 80s magazine feel to it, very impressive!

In the 2nd image, a null-blend would be good for the plant outside :)

Thanks lycium, but i am not really sure, to take your 80s stuff as a critique or compliment :)
headroom: this coffeetable is a pro-pokertable with a built-in anticheating function.

definitely a compliment, referring to the amazingly well reproduced colouring and furniture style (the desk esp) :)
