You also need to update your main Indigo version if you like to render externally via the plugin menu export!
Try also the integrated SDK rendering (simply set the renderer in the render settings to Indigo).
This uses the indigo sdk provided with the exporter and is independent from the "classic" indigo.

Hi,

are you using Indigo RT?

If so:

Please try to delete
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\MAXON\CINEMA 4D RXX_XXXXXXX\cindigoSettings.cfg
(this is the path on Windows 7, if you are using any other Windows and can't work out where the file is, please let me know)

The next time you export something with Indigo for Cinema 4D it will ask you to locate your Indigo installation again (but only if you have only Indigo RT installed, so make sure you uninstall all versions Indigo Renderer, otherwise it will detect that and use it).

I will fix this in the next version, so that it detects Indigo RT automatically.
