Leonardo's Bridge

Post by pixie » Thu Oct 01, 2009 11:45 am

It was built in Finland almost 500 years after it was first conceived.

I've got in love by this bridge since I first saw it, so I had to try remaking its remake. :D

Yeah, grass, nice flat water and some phongy concrete. Maybe tonemap it to look like a sepia print ;D

It's unbelieveable that the design is so old, but after all the guy also invented helicopters

Looking ahead for the next update, it's nicely done so far.

I'm sending you just the cameras, all you have to do is copy and paste the code in the original scene. Cheers

Just what I was wanting, thank you !

Meanwhile I found an argument in the favor of Reinhard tonemapping:

A crappy 8 spp in 24 images, skylight + exit portal. A hint inspired from suvakas test and ZomB's env+sun tutorial: skylight and portals make great studio environments (do'h not that one dude) !
