Here's a little close-up of Tapio decanter, by Tapio Wirkkala 1952. The neck should be a bit thicker, though.

It has more polygons than the rest of the scene, so I don't know if I'm going to keep it...

I've not modeled anything for a while, but i got my new computer today and made a quick half an hour render to test it while installing games and stuff. It's over 4 times faster than my old laptop, so I'm pretty happy with it

Now I'll just have to wait for benn to help me get rid of that indigo-tag on the lower corner...

They're both wonderful silma, though the second one lacks the intensity of the first.
I must agree with Suv: I like your extreme DOF setting.
The second one is great too, don't get me wrong. It's only that it seems still a little empty, that's it maybe. BTW great work.

one thing, the chair ads a nice something to the image, just a suggestion, zoom out a tad and line up the angle of the top of the chair with the edge of the counter. Great composition is about angles! Loving the lighting.
