Hey guys well i realised if i want to get a realistic touch on the render i need a background and i have started using exr files in sketchup so my problem is that well, the pixels become massive or just look weird and also out of focus please help

It all comes from the map itself, possibly amplified if the camera is furter away from the subject, i.e. zooming.
Since you can only see a very small portion of the env map through the windows, you need to use a much higher resolution exr for the background, a sharp one
indeed the blur is from the map.
You might even want to get rid of the background in this case, and texture a plane with a simple hdri picture for emission (without spherical projection, just as normal. Example: kitchen.hdr) that you would put in front of the windows.
