My studio setups look similar, except I use blue and orange as key lights and not fill (so small lights to make shadows with rather than appreciably light the subject)
But yes, that's what we want, neo

My meshlights are visible in my render. . Is there any way to set them so only their lighting contribution is shown but not them themselves?

Nope no way, but that's easy in postpro. I requested this too in my early indigoing but that's definitly not something real.

Do you use RGB emitters for the studio lights?
Any recomendations for power and efficiency?
