Oh, didn't consider that... but these things helps all mpeg-codecs as well, because they do find less color similarities and are forced to compress less... what is resulting in lower keyframe compression image intervals and so better video quality. Especially with automated codec settings like on youtube or vimeo. :-)

I've had the pleasure to do some testing of an early beta of Indigo 4. Render times were about 1/2 - 1 hour on my Radeon HD 7970, the last one a bit longer.
