Ciao Nicola!

---------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi Nicola! A tutorial will be released soon, don't worry, I'm working on it :D
First of all, Skindigo version?
Then, the bump effect is all right: simply your bump value is way too high: try with a much lower value, 0.003/0.005: skindigo is VERY sensible to bump values.

What topic do you wish the tutorial would cover?

As Pibuz said :)

The <b> parameter is in meters, so 90% of the time values are under 0.1. Being subtle, bump mapping needs longer renders than you posted to be visible; to test it remove other objects in scene, or apply to them a gray diffuse. The test is faster if you remove all color information in scene (bump only).

24 hours of render and now it's all Ok!
I found some Whaat's tutorials so i understand the meaning of all parameters...
Now i'm beginning to enjoy this way of work!

Thank you Pibuz.. I'm using a 1.0.9 Skindigo version.
I'd like to see how to import the materials came from indigorenderer.com or a practice guide about the xml way to set up a scene and materials.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Adesso comincio a divertirmi!

Grazie Pibuz...

Grazie infinite!

Ehi, buon risultato nicola!

Ehi Nicola: nice result!
Listen, something that could help you: did you use exit portals for this render? They're very useful to reuce render times for indoor scenes..

Concerning scene and material settings via xml: i don't think you really need to learn how to do it, given that SkIndigo does the work for you (you set parameters via the GUI and it translates the data into Indigo language)
I tell you because I work with Indigo and SkIndigo since two years, and I still can't write in xml language..
