How would I light this scene?

Counter is supposed to be black, but it's comming up a bit light.

Would more lamps be good?

I see lots of normal-problem in there...
Search for sharp edges, intersections, flipped normals and double verts.

Its probably worth ementionign that I dont model in sketchup. I do all my modelling in Hexagon and modo 301. I found a tiny little script that lets me import OBJs, but it's flawed, so I guess that's why this happens.

Does anyone here know how to write scripts for su? I bet we could get a better obj importer going here :)

It would have been a lot easier to model this straight in SU.
Nothing in there that SU can't do...
