Skindigo request regarding IGS file quanity management

Post by neo0. » Sun Aug 24, 2008 5:44 pm

Looking though my indigo folde, the amount of IGSs has growm huge.. so here are a couple ideas :
1) Have an option where every time you save a new IGS, it replaces the old.

2) Have a "slot" system where you can choose with a certain number of slots. In the skindigo options, you can set which slot your current scene wil occupy, as far as the resultant IGS file.

3) Havr a system where it looks at you render folder (or wherever your IGSs have been set to be saved) and as soon as it goes above a certain number, the new ones start replacing the old.

your suggestions sounds more like a file manager, which skindigo is clearly not. you may need to make a better effort on your part to keep your files organized and pruned.
