So... I gain I'm up late working/learning this kick a$$ addon to sketchup which has allowed me to have a nice sandblasted glass surface within my landscape. Now I'm trying to make the night shots (requirement of the design comp.) and as I adjusted the sittings the light seamed like they get brighter. So i changed the size of the light bulb (scaling it down by good 10 times) and still is seamed to get brighter. So I deleted a few lights and a bit brighter still.
I was using a blackbody light with the settings of power 5 and OAE of 5 and reduced both to .1 or lower. As I understand by decearsing the power it will decrease the light of "bulb". you can have the same effect by decreaseing the OAE? As I was trying to learn the lights i created this chart for my reference, but it did not help me at all.
So any thoughts on how to get the lights working the way they should?
I look forward to your responses.
Thanks.

Your tonemapping is negating your light power changes - change to camera or linear tonemapping.

In skindigo one only has the choice between Reinhard and camera tonemapping.
'Linear' is probably a Blendigo only function, but you can access it in the Violet tonemapper as well. (only 1.09 ,not in later versions though)

Oops...actually I wouldn't know
I only know Skindigo doesn't have the option (but 'camera' behaves almost linear doesn't it?)

Yes and no... Camera is Alinear xD
reinhard must be somewhat like exponential or such.... while linear is... Well, linear
It doesn't clamp, afaik. You can reduce the contrast and change the exposure....
