Hi
, so far I havent been able to get good caustics with glass...
1) Does tranparency sof the glass matter?
2) Does thickness of the glass mater? Can I get decent caustics with solid glass objects?
3) What light source/render method is best for caustics? Is thae standard sky light with MLT good enough?
EDIT : I attached my render attempt. Caustics are really faint. Render time is a bit over an hour.

What the hell is this?!
Go find some photography lightning tutorials and than
try a simple glass shape. If you are trying to do some scifi,
you dont need indigo renderer.
Chears!

at your solid-glass-question: You actually SHOULD use solid objects
everything else might be incorrect.
