haha...yes, that has been keeping me busy which makes it harder to keep SkIndigo up to date. Right now, finishing that tool is tops on my list. Problem is, I have very little free time right now to work on anything. I sometimes wish I could quit my job and just program SU plugins for a living!

The Indigo instancing system can be pushed pretty far, I think you will find.
Several thousand trees shouldn't be a problem.

I haven't experienced any RAM issues yet and the above scene contained over 6000 tree/vegetation components.
