Well what do you know... it doesn't do that anymore! Could it be that it was the first run of Sketchup 2015? I don't think I closed it and opened it up after installing skindigo.

If anyone knows how to replicate the 'Error during processing: reference to deleted Entity '
error, let me know.
Am trying to fix it.
