Error, Skindigo not working at all

Post by Jenovation » Fri Sep 02, 2011 12:03 am

I can't seem to get SKIndigo to work at all with Sketchup (8)
Whenever I press render or open an exported scene in Indigo I get the following error:

A problem occurred with the scene:
SceneLoaderExcep: Found unexpected element 'material_id_tracer'. (In element 'renderer_settings', around line 12, column 9)
Indigo version: Indigo Renderer v2.6.1, Windows 64-bit build.
Exporter: SkIndigo version:3.0.14

You need to have use a Skindigo exporter version that is compatible with the version of Indigo that you are running.

You are trying to feed Indigo 2.6.1 with Skindigo 3.0.14 and that is asking for trouble. You need to install Indigo 3.0.14 to resolve this issue.

Also you seem to use Indigo 64bit against a 32bit OS ? If that's so you need a 32bit Indigo.

Thanks for the reply, I'll try getting a new version.

I'm not running a 32bit OS however, I don't know why it indicates that. I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.
