Error message

sorry but what does this error message mean?

ive tried everything i can find on other posts to no avail and beware, i dont know any programming so i might need it in simple terms pleases :shock:

A problem occurred with the scene:
ObjectExcep: Exception while building tree: BVH Build failure, too many triangles in leaf.

I mean the .igs file exported by your exporter. Please pack it with indigo (Tools -> Pack Indigo Scene...) and then upload the resulting .pigs file.

there is no .pigs file :?

there is 3 .igs files though?

The .pigs file is the one created when packing an .igs file. You need to pack the .igs file that is being rendered by Indigo (it has the .igs file name in the title bar of the window).

The reason why you need to pack it is because the packer packs all included textures, models and other referenced .igs files.

It does not happen with the latest 3.0 builds, so it seems the improved subdivision code fixes this issue.

One thing I have noticed in your scene is that there are some very long, streched triangles and you use very high subdivison levels. You might be able to resolve this issue by slitting up all the long triangles into smaller, unstretched triangles or by reducing the number of subdivisions.
