Nothing happens

Problems again. I'm clicking the Render settings or Render scene but nothing happens. I just installed Indigo and SKindigo again since I re-installed everything, also rebooted after installation. I'm using Windows 7 x64, Sketchup is 8 Pro. Could it be that I don't have some C++ libraries installed?

Help! :cry:

I see that so far no one has replied.
I don't use Sketchup often so I doubt I can be of much help, however, I believe that there is a Ruby Console. IIRC Skindigo is written in Ruby, so if something goes wrong you may find some pointers on the Ruby Console as to what is going wrong.

If you search the forum for the term "ruby console" maybe this will lead to a solution, or at least you could post what the console output was to give us a better hint at what might be the problem.

Good luck!

Hmm...this is weird. There's no Indigo folder in *username*/appdata/ and there's no Indigo Renderer in installed applications list :?

Any error messages in the Ruby Console Window when you try to render?

Where I can open it?

By the way, there's no Indigo Renderer folder in ../*username*/appdata/.. or in installed applications.

I'm still having this problem! I re-installed Indigo few times but problem is still there. I also tried x32 install. There's no Indigo folder in appdata/roaming/ either...

the ruby console in Sketchup 7 & 8 on Windows and OSX can be found in:
Window -> Ruby Console

Based on other recent posts it is possible that some special characters in your username may be causing the problem.

Hmph, that's not pro for Indigo then. So I could try install it when I'm logged in as admin..

EDIT: Yep, it worked there fine. Ofcourse now I'm requesting a fix for this. Should I email to someone about this?

I am pretty sure Whaat, the author of Skindigo is aware of the problem as just that has been reported several times recently.

You could and should post this as a BUG in a new thread under "Bugs and Requests" on the forum as it may perhaps get more visibility there.

Anyway, now that you know what the problem is I hope you get to enjoy working with Indigo!
