Guys, I am new to this program, my office purchased a license toady and I had used the program a few days on a trial version. Everything worked fine until we upgraded our license. In sketchup I go to:
Plugins, then click on "render scene" but nothing happens. If I export scene and then try to manually open the scene it tells me

well that second error comes from opening the ..-meshes.igs file, and not the main scene igs file. 'meshes.igs' is referenced from the main, so you need to open the main one.
But as for the first one, err. Not sure. Anyone?

The weird thing is that this issue is file specific. If I open another Sketchtup file and export my image out then I dont have any issues.....I tried to copy paste my information out to a new file, but the issue remained. I wonder if my file can become corrupt?

Do you want to save your scene out of Indigo as a .pigs and email it over to support@indigorenderer.com and we can have a look at it for you
