Failed to load texture error

I am trying indigo for the first time with a sketchup model that already has materials added. When I try to render it I get the following error:

SceneLoaderExcep: Failed to load texture '/Volumes/Indigo/Indigo.app/Contents/Resources/TX_default/limestone_big.gif': unhandled format ('/Volumes/Indigo/Indigo.app/Contents/Resources/TX_default/limestone_big.gif'

I have removed the material that it's having problems with from my materials palette and from the model, but am still getting the error. How can I fix this?

Hi Anna,

Don't run Indigo from the dmg. You must drag the Indigo.app to your Applications folder.

This might resolve the errors you are getting. Let me know if that is the case.
