CINDIGO 1.0 - BETA 1

download exporter:
PC Version

(or below)

The file contains PC versions for R10 and R9. (R10 users will have to rename the "cindigo1.0.1.cdl_R10" to "cindigo1.0.1.cdl")

EDIT* added a version for the 64-bit version of C4D R10.

please tell me if you find bugs or have specific requests. i will try to fix/implement as fast as possible.

new in 1.0 - beta 1:

* camera tonemapping
* watermark
* better camera export
* material preview
* texture paths (buggy)

fixed-list 1.0 - beta 1:

* instance sacle / scale

known bugs/issues 1.0 - beta 1:

* only UVW-mapping supported (no tiling)
* still scale issues

features to come in 1.0 - beta 2(or later): (for preventing double and tripple requests)

* better .obj export (still needs optimization)
* some changes for blendmats
- tell me if i forgot sth!

let me know if sth is not working :!: :!:

extraextra: a little baking tutorial

thanks fused!!

a small correction to your changelog:

- only UVW mapping works, but tiling works!
- the only scale bug regards the scaling of a null object with children objects: to avoid this just scale the children one by one.. :wink:

ciao!

Great work as usual fused!!1!

Previewing is really cool, saves a lot of time, an invites to play with Indigos material system even more!
(perfect to tweak complex blendings between lots of mats!)

The potential of this is so powerful!

I would love to see the rendering in C4D updates ever second (or a custom time value) and only stopping by hitting a stop button.
(for the actual system, by checking the preview you maybe would like to render it a little bit more, but got to start from Zero again..)

Loading a custom preview model would be cool too 8)

Maybe you could also explain the quality settings for the preview a little :)

phuuuuuu.... no changing my panties :lol:

**EDIT**
oh, it seems blend export is broken, blend mats get exported without a material name, so no complex blend previews for me atm :cry:
(Still a powerfull great new release!!!!!)

yes, that would be a cool feature! but im afraid i cant let c4d update the material helper tag. at least i found no way. thats why you have to click on the helper again, even if the preview is finished.

the quality system is very easy! good renders for 120s, normal for 60s and bad for 30s :D
