Congrats to the update!
I bet you wish now that Cindigo would have better OpenGL preview shaders, hm?
:-))

Thank's Zeit...but for now i only testing the Demo ver of R18.

Well...i'm not sure yet. OpenGL Is still not perfect in the R18 release...getting black textures sometimes even with the bundled Studio content.
What's up with this parallax bump map?? What do you think is it usefull in Cindigo?

I'd like to support this request!
If you do animations, previews for the customer (in my case) are often done in OpenGL mode only.
So having better matching representations of the final output would be very lovly.
Most important if you ask me, would be transparency for specular materials and for alpha textures or masked ones :)

There's some bug with that, but I think they might have fixed that for R18. I'll look into it at some point.

Hi

The changes pan, zoom, scale and the infinite light position are updated in real time rendering.
It is not real-time updating of mappings texture.
Perhaps the problem is already known?

Hi

Mr.Fused should work the next beta of Cindigo. Our desires and bugs are known; Expect some surprises.
It seems to me that the rendering quality is still improved!

[BUG]

[Indigo Compositing Tag] Does not seem to fully hide light sources from camera.
Some artifacts remain present in render :!:

Hi

NOT updated in real time scale, move and rotate the object but only if you press the "Start-Stop" button.
If you put an icon (yellow button) the render window then this is no longer visible.

Hi

Big problems with metaball. When the spheres are far apart rendering is perfect but when the metaball function, as you can see is activated, the reflections are incorrect, and there are also foreign bodies in spite of the mesh is by density increases with HyperNURBS function. :(

A known Bug that has already been fixed for the latest stand alone version but this Cindigo version is still based on 4.0.43
contegufo wrote:Big problems with metaball.
Render that scene in C4D internal renderer and you'll see exactly the same artifacts
Hypernurbs work very bad with shitty meshes, and metabals cause the shittiest meshes ever!
Instead using hypernurbs simply use the "subdiv on render" value of the metaballs object to get some nice smooth mesh on render ;)

@Zom-B

Thank you!
Indeed with the parameters that I put the thoughts are correct; DO NOT use with Metaballs the HyperNURBS!

From a careful examination of the enlarged image are some imperfections spite the mesh is very dense. I think the problem is the reflective material and the type of design applied. The same type of design if mapped as common material appears correct.
