Actually none!
In C4D you only have a gradient that defines color on 0° angle and 90°. That gradient can be adjusted by edding extra colors and changing position of the colors too.

So that has from fresnel only the name... It's a simple angle depending gradient called fresnel...

Version R13 and R4 - fresnel has physical values .
