There is a know issue with R13 and possibly R14 that the alpha channel (when rendering foreground alpha or using the shadow pass) will not be saved by C4D.

Pixie is here for the rescue! xD Sadly Pixie couldn't make it work.
PS. Pixie's desire was just to click on the red 'visible in editor' and make it simply work. Nor the tag applied on the scene.
P.S.S It works inside the Cinema 4D, bummer!

There was only the API method implemented in
Indigo 3.6.9 for invisible_to_camera support I'm guessing.
Cheers

Hello Yves
Can post image or sample?
* Added option to share a medium with another material (experimental).
I'm sorry for my bad English

In the Medium Section of a material on the top you have that field wehere to drag & drop the material to share the medium with!
This is needed for some setups where you have for example one glass object, but with one side of it a frosted glass (using a glossy transparent material). Such glass object would need to have the same medium for both materials to render correctly

Here a scene that should show how to use this shared medium thing. You see that the own medium of the "Frosted Glass" is getting ignored (green) since its now using the medium of the "Glass" material (red).

oooh, it looks amazing..
btw, works the shadows pass well (inside the C4D?) And the same for mt ID pass, colors were very close together (all green). I have tested the same in Stand alone version, there are not problems...
Many thanks for a reply, Pavel

Awesome!
Haven't had the opportunity to test it properly yet, but I think all the recent betas got a bug where you would lose resolution and the image get's a weird 1:1 squish once you apply a Layer shader to any Indigo material. I first noticed it with 3.6.6 or 3.6.7 onwards I think.
