material preview

material preview

is it normal for the material preview to be all black? they work fine but the preview of the image is all black. kinda hard to edit if u cant see the image. thing is , sometimes i open c4d i can see the preview. maybe something got tangled..

Are you trying to preview an emitting material?
Is it just the object being black or is the whole image black?

Are you trying to preview an emitting material?
Is it just the object being black or is the whole image black?

*laffin*... now that u mentioned, yes emitting.. others are workin fine :).. thanks

That's a known issue an it will hopefully be fixed in the next release.
