Mistake to versions Indigo 3.2.2,3.2.1
1) First scene time render 3 hours 24 mines whereupon has saved the scene.
Has Rebooted anew, amount of the noise increased in the most worst side.
Why have taken away time рендера, time began to consider anew. It is impossible return this function back.

2) First scene is stopped in 3 hours 24 mines, afterwards loaded anew, but time why-that has shown that passed 50 minutes, but practically passed 5 mines.

Did you save the *.igi-file aswell?

I am doing the following:
- Save the PNG or whatever
- Save the IGI
- Save the IGS

The IGI is saved the same time as the picture output; saving the scene (IGS) has nothing to do with that.
