Cindigo 2.4.4 Beta: still a few bugs...
Hi fused,
just wanted to mention some little bugs which have still not being corrected.
The issue with the "nkdata"-paths
When you are creating a material with the Indigo Material Editor, or download one, and you use any nkdata in it, it refers the data path like that: "nkdata/Al.nk".
Cindigo doesn't accept that, you always have to delete the first part of the path in the C4D material editor slot like: "Al.nk".
Problems with new materials from matdb
Cindigo isn't able to interprete this material: http://www.indigorenderer.com/materials/materials/524.
Also affected: all "Cast ..." metal materials, Rusted Metal, Tarnished Brushed Metal and Brushed Metal.
Different color values from Indigo Material Editor to Cindigo import
Color values being set in the Indigo Material Editor are being interpreted different when *.pigm is being imported by Cindigo.
Create a new diffuse material with 20% white. Save *.pigm, import that with Cindigo. You'll get 2.874% white.
That happens to non-greyscale colors, too.
Could you please check these ones?
Thank you in advance!

Note that the rgb gamma is 1 when importing materials with rgb spectra.
0.2 ^ 2.2 = 0.028991...
Re: Cindigo 2.4.4 Beta: still a few bugs...
Fixed them all.
The issue with the "nkdata"-paths:
It now accepts nk strings with "nkdata/" and without.
This is just temporary tho. I've been wanting to replace the whole thing with a dropdown since forever.
Problems with new materials from matdb:
fixed
Different color values from Indigo Material Editor to Cindigo import:
Changed to not be imported with gamma applied.

But please do a build with these fixes before you start with the makeover of the exporter...
we all are very content with the actual look, feel and fuseability and were glad to have it without these little annoying thingies.
Please please please!
Even if not for me, then for my awesome™ word creation up there!

And I'm looking forward to the nkdata drop-down-list.
I'm waiting for that since ages.
