2 Indigo Lifetime Licences Left

Also - as an update to the Indigo 100 licence, we have decided instead of lifetime of upgrades we'll only do limits up to Indigo version 100.0. We expect to release Indigo 100 sometime in 3012. Email me if you'd like to discuss or comment on this.
